Etsy keeps your payment secure, shop owners never receive your credit card information. Please do not send your credit card number or any other bank information in Etsy Conversations - all purchases have to be finalized via the Etsy Checkout.

The time I need to prepare an order varies.
• Ready to Ship items ship within 1-2 business days.
• Made to order items from the shop catalogue ship within 1-3 business days.
• Currently not accepting completely custom orders.

Estimated shipping times:
• Poland: 3-5 business days
• Europe: 1-2 weeks
• North America: 2-4 weeks
• Everywhere else: 2-4 weeks

Caution!
Above shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Overseas shipments may take up to 6 weeks to arrive in case of unusual circumstances (such as: customs control, postal service disruptions due to weather-related and other natural disasters or events).

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays caused by customs control.

Not claimed / undeliverable packages
In case package should return marked as "not claimed" or "undeliverable", buyer will be notified immediately and package will be set aside for 30 days. Within that time frame buyer has the option to either pay for renewed shipping of the item or request a refund of the item costs (excluding shipping costs).
If the buyer doesn't doesn't decide on either option within the 30-days time frame, the item will be added to shop's inventory. In this case a refund will be issued (excluding shipping costs and 20% RESTOCKING FEE)
Custom items do not qualify for refunds. If a custom order arrives back as "not claimed" or "undeliverable" buyer will only have the option to re-pay the shipping charges or refuse the item without refund.

• Anna Grunduls Design reserves the right to reproduce custom made items.
• Anna Grunduls Design reserves the right to photograph all items created and may use them at discretion for advertising or as samples inside personalized listings.

All photos of completed works are the property of Anna Grunduls Design and cannot be used without my permission.

Legal basis for a disclosure of this data is the user’s consent – if you sign up for The Happy Colorists Club or any other email subscription, you will be asked to agree for the use of your data. Sign up is not necessary to place an order. Purchases in the Anna Grunduls Design shop do not result in email marketing opt in.

Legal basis for a disclosure of this data is the Sales Agreement between the Seller and Buyer. I will only disclose data that is necessary for the purposes of payment processing, refunds or complaints and queries related to these payments. • Additionally, I may disclose some of your personal data to insurers and professional advisers, as long as it’s necessary, for example to manage risks, receive professional business advice or proceed with legal claims in or outside court.

Any data shared with third party is forwarded using encrypted internet connection (SSL). The service providers working with Anna Grunduls Design are GDPR compliant and belong to the Security Shield program. Physical copies of your personal data (for example shipping labels, invoices) are stored in my studio in Warsaw, Poland and destroyed as soon as no longer required.

The information I keep or delete:
Your personal data is not kept indefinitely, it's only stored as long as necessary for legal reasons or for order fulfillment. Polish law requires me to store any transactional information at least until the end of the calendar year plus 5 full years.
In some cases it's not possible to specify how long your data will be kept. The period of retention will be set based on the company’s legal obligations and legitimate interests – such as maintenance of this shop.
I may also keep your personal records longer than specified, if it’s to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.

Your rights:
You have the right to review and correct your personal data.
The admin of your personal data on Etsy is Etsy itself. If you'd like to remove your personal data from Etsy, please contact support.
You can also request that I delete all records of your personal data stored by Anna Grunduls Design. I’m happy to honor the request and will do my best to erase your information, whenever possible, however there are certain situations, when I’m not able to delete all of your information, due to legal obligations. For example, if you have previously placed orders in the Anna Grunduls Design shop, I may be required to keep your personal data for tax purposes.
